Our West Coast IPA is exquisitely balanced toward gentle bitterness and packed with all the old-school US hops the style is famous for – Centennial takes the lead with a solid body of piney, resinous citrus, while Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe layer on tons of bright zest and orange blossom.

4dl draft pour at the brewery in a gentrifying area of Budapest. Pretty cool basement/cellar type space. I was hesitant trying hoppy beers here and that was validated. I agree with the other review here. Drinkable but not a good WC IPA. An amber color with an adjunct/pelleted hop feel, kind of chalky. Refreshing but meh.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery in Budapest. The menu calls this a West Coast IPA.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. Pretty!
Smell: malty aroma with a bit of toast character and an earthy hop character. Not bad.
Taste: toasty malt with earthy, almost musty hops. Lacks some of the pineyness of a good WCIPA; the mustiness is not a substitute.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not a perfect west coast IPA, but reasonably drinkable.
