Three full fingers worth of fluffy and airy light to medium colored khaki colored froth... Rock solid retention... The color is a much darker than expected caramel amber... Light Belgian yeast, lemon zest, barnyard funk and a touch of fresh cut grass... The palate is mostly barn yard funk with some toffee and a surprising sharp hop presence... Feel is medium bodied... Slightly chewy... Sharp carbonation bite... Unique take on the style... Interesting end enjoyable but not something I'm likely to enjoy in the future...
