L: yellow-gold with a white head that starts off big but settles down to a fine foam after a few sips
S: malt, earthy, faint berry smell - rustic
T: hops, orange, lime, and raspberry, with a malt finish
F: excellent carbonation, not too watery, not too cloying
Would buy again. Not available as an individual glass as of 6/24. Bought this as a 750mL.

From a 750 ml. bottle sampled on Oct 14, 2021. Served about 55-degrees.
The look is a slightly foggy yellow tone underneath a boisterous white head that quickly diminishes leaving lacing in its wake.
Aromas of green grapes, herbal sensations like rosemary and clove, floral characters, biscuit, and Brett.
Around a medium mouthfeel.
A quick biscuity sweetness in the taste but then it's all about the herbal characters, Brett, and mild tartness to complete it. Decent.
