Wheat/Wit Beer/Blanche 4.6 ABV, 12 IBU
Brewed in the traditional 400 year old Belgian Wit(AKA White)style, this hazy wheat based beer gives off flavors and aromas of coriander, oranges, wheat and a hint of spice. Being lower in alcohol and hop bitterness makes it a great choice for those looking for a refreshig summertime brew.

On draught at the brewery.
A straw colored pour with high clarity an a head that settles into a collar that leaves some slippery & spotty lacing.
The malt aroma is weak. The lightly toasted malt flavor has a bit of an off flavor, a citrus note has a bit of what tastes like an oxygenated accompaniment that commingles with the mild bitterness reminiscent of mild cilantro.
Not as good as I had hoped it would be. Perhaps a bad batch, I’ll have to try it again some day.
