Taster at brewery. Black pour, ring of head. Rich, roasty malt aroma, burnt toast. Taste is deep roast malts, bitter. Light weight, smooth . IMHO this is a schwarzbier.

16oz can, small tulip, canned 7/13/21.
The darkest ruby red-brown I’ve seen with a quickly disappearing smudge of grey-tan head. It’s a rich color.
Nutty, sweet instant coffee, black olive, light char.
Instant coffee, cardboard and sweet. Medium-dark brown toast, berries, toasted nuts, some light hops, and a crisp finish.
Light body, creamy, but carbonated.
I’m not sure how close this beer is to style, but it’s darn tasty. A great session beer.
