From the wax covered crown cork bottle (from 2019), it pours a stygian dark brown/black color with a nice light brown head that slowly reduces. The nose is tickled by scents of vanilla, chocolate, alcohol and bourbon. The mouth revels in the smooth feeling roasted malt brew that sings with alcohol.
