The best advice in our opinion is to not let the past dictate your future and to live without regrets. Spending time looking in that rearview mirror may keep you from seeing where you are destined to go. Time waits for no one, don't spend too much in life checking your rearview!

Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some subtle residual sugar notes and some light grainy notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some subtle sweet notes and light grainy notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good lager but good be slightly cleaner.

A pair of 473 ml cans served cold into a very large Hofbrau beer glass. Canning date is April 2. Cost was $3.35 CDN per can.
Appearance - Pours a semi opaque copper colored brew. Capped with a finger plus of egg shell white soapy head. Average retention and a fair amount f bubbles in the glass.
Smell - Clean crackery notes, some bread, a hint of flowers and perfumy aromas and leafy hops hidden behind all that.
Taste - Light flavors mostly crackery goodness, with a healthy dose of bread. Medium-light on the bitterness, shows more strongly towards the close of each sip. Touch of leafy hops lying in wait. No metallic off flavors
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, good carbonation and refreshing. Maybe just a touch chalky, but otherwise solid.
Overall - Solid lager, easily crushable tasty and tastes fresh. Well worth the tipple and a solid summer crusher. Likely to pick a couple more up for spring and hopefully the weather follows suit.

Pours A slightly cloudy gold colour with a respectable head on top. Corny and grainy on the nose. The taste adds more grains and a bit of hops. Mouthfeel is ok, bubbly and a dry aftertaste. Overall a mid-range Pilsner
