Aromas of pineapple and juicy citrus. Very easy drinking with low bitterness levels and a bright finish. A very refreshing and sessionable beer.

Hemingway's has come a long way in seven years. The have five taprooms that serve what appears to be quality barfood, all in north Queensland tourist destinations. Like many young Aussie brewers, they push typical buttons of sustainability and local community. All good. And for all that I give them very good Overall Hugs.
7th Heaven is equally well done, fittingly for this tropical climate. Unfortunately, it starts only slightly above average with a foam fading fast. Smells are both tropical fruit and harder stone varieties. Tastes introduce the hops early and they grow on me into a semi-dry, semi-sweet finish. Medium-mouthed and decent bubbles that bring flavours out further. I'd like to have time to have this again before leaving for Melbourne.

Purchased at the source in August 2022, and drunk in December.
L: Golden yellow with a thin, fluffy head. Small bubbles of carbonation race up the glass.
A: Stone fruit, rockmelon and guava. Some dankness hanging around the edges.
T: A clean guava and stonefruit presentation with a hint of pineapple and a danker hit of hops than expected. Nice!
M: Mouthfeel is crisp and snappy. Carbonation is medium and enhances the beer.
O: A well-put-together, enjoyable, tropical pale ale, as advertised. Could definitely drink several of these.
Cheers!
