Taproom only beer, but sold in 4 can packs for $12 at brewery. Taste is delicious - biscuit, butter, corn - a well made brew. Will definitely grab more when I get a chance.

I bought a tall boy can of this beer from the brewery whilst passing through on my way up to Western Ontario whilst there for my son's exhibition SIJHL hockey games. It was a great tasting lager with the common characteristics of American lager beer. I enjoyed this can whilst sitting lakeside in Souix Lookout, Ontario.

16 oz can into a tall Lager glass.
L: Pours light straw light yellow with plenty of steady carbo bubbles, a thin white vanishing head to zero, no lacing.
S: Sweet malts, grassy, grains, corn, honey.
T: Grains, sweet malts, honey, hay, pale, lightly floral, a hint of citrus, apple. Has a pale & bitter linger that is very light. Lightly fruity in the middle.
F: Basic & clean medium-light bodied feel with a semi-full center and a medium-length non-drying finish.
O: A bit fruity & pale. Very EZ drinking. Nice balance of lightly bitter vs sweetness. It's a draw. It is very good in its style.

This is one of the best lagers I've ever had. I wish it was distributed regionally, it's that good. Very biscuity, faint hops, very well balanced and perfect on a hot day.
