Taste: sweet spiced, nutmeg, cinnamon, maple, toffee, toasted malts. Christmas cookie, cinnamon nose. Dark copper hue, mostly clear, some head and lace in taster glass. Medium to med/full body. It would pair well with an after meal dessert. 27 IBUs
