Notes: Clear golden body beneath a full head of bright white foam. Very good head retention and lacing. Aroma of phenolic Belgian yeast with spiciness over a sweetish malt base. The flavor follows with notes of clove and pepper threaded through a sugary and grainy malt base. Moderately bitter with a dry, spicy and phenolic finish. Medium bodied and crisp.

medium golden in color, clear, with foamy white head. aroma is on point for the style - Belgian yeast heavy on herbal earthy spices. taste is more restrained. some mild bready malt to compliment. not quite as dry as expected for the style. medium bodied.
