Just like the water off the coast of Queensland this beer is naturally clean, crisp and refreshing. An easy-drinking lager complemented with light hop notes that’s perfect for catching some sun on a lazy afternoon.

Drunk fresh at the source in the Ballistic Beer Bar in Springfield Central, Queensland, in June 2024.
L: Golden yellow with a thin smattering of soapy head. A small amount of slow-moving carbonation can be seen in the glass.
S: Biscuity malt, some lager yeast, sweet, mildly citrusy hops, and not much else.
T: Very clean and crisp with mild citrusy hops as per the nose. The finish is spritzy and a little sherbety.
M: Full-bodied at first, but then a little thin in the swallow. Carbonation is minimal.
O: This is a tasty and clean lager that's easy to drink and, despite muted beginnings on the nose, is one I'd happily drink again.
Cheers!
