Cold, velvety and easy to drink, Lime Rock Park Lager is a Pilsner Style Lager brewed with these three main ingredients: pilsner malt, flaked brown rice, and Crystal hops. This "cruising beer" was designed to be enjoyed in the infield, outfield, and winners circle.

Part of a flight sampled at the brewery, straight from the keg into a 5 ounce tasting glass. Named after the historic race track located in nearby Lime Rock, the body of this lager was golden in color, with a small head and light lacing. The aroma was mild, hard to discern anything notable. The first sip had a good hop bitterness from the Cascade hops used, with the Pilsner malts adding a bit of mitigating sweetness. A good example of the classic german process.
