L:. Pours a hazy honey yellow with notes of light orange and a medium white head and a finger or two of lacing.
S:. Belgian yeast including pepper, coriander, a nice note of lime and the cilantro is noticeable. The cilantro mixes well with the normal Belgian characteristics.
T:. Baked bread, coriander, spicy Belgian yeast, mixes with a strong cilantro and lime, that works very well.
F:. Prickly carbonation, light to medium body.
O:. The cilantro and lime additions, work really well with the normal Belgian characteristics.
