Deep, dark brown color. No light passes. No lacing from the nearly non-existent head.
Mocha aroma on first whiff. Semisweet.
This starts like semisweet chocolate but ends with a coffee touch. Full bodied with a guarded carbonation. The finish doesn’t bring any dark cherry or alcohol warmth. I do get some unsweetened cocoa in the aftertaste.
