Banana Fiasco

Had on tap. Charcoal black with a tan head and lacing. I get mostly cinnamon, vanilla, caramel aromas, with the backing of softer bourbon. Taste is adjunct heavy: caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, slight banana, lactose, with bourbon present but not powerfully so, a playful dessert. Feel is lighter than expected, though has plenty going on in that lightness, with light booze and wood. Fun first beer from wolfden
