2/4 of our valentine adventure. It is a white stout, so naturally it pours a pinkish amber, slight off-white collar. Strawberry puree, vanilla, sugary malt make up the nose. Taste at first sip is pretty satisfying, bright and juicy strawberry with white chocolate malts and vanilla actually translating well. But upon getting past the first sip or two the brain recalibrates and quickly we both tasted strawberry mento in a pool of sugary vanilla that felt separated. Drink ice cold. Feel is sugary, syrupy, and inauthentic. Worst of the four by far
