A collaboration with Chicago Pastry! Inspired by their famous donut/croissant mashup, the Dossant. This stout has milk sugar, vanilla, bavarian cream & chocolate/hazelnut flavors!

Had on tap. Black with faded brown layers on the edges, one finger of mocha head spotted lacing. Aromas of vanilla, hazelnut nougat, milk chocolate and lots of sugar. Taste starts with an initial blast of chocolate and hazelnut, but then gets watery with weak malt before a vanilla cream and sugary finish. Body is light and thinner besides sugary adjuncts. Great idea but execution needs refining
