Copenhagen 16/10 2024. 33 cl bottle from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Green and red label with a Strange fusion of the logos of the two involved breweries.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - yellow with s mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the Beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense wire a light sweet and malty odor mingling with a stronger fruity and citric scent. Sweet pale malts and bread. Citrus and lemongrass. Fragrant roses.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry but a little thin.
Fresh and easy to drink.
