In honor of this beer's name I'm going to try to do this review using speech to text and see how it works out leaving our future robot overloads to handle it.
Appearance: poured with a thumbs worth of head that quickly dissipated which was a kind of a shame so no Lacey either. The body is a golden color which is a bit less pale than I'm normally used to seeing in this style. Shows good carbonation though.
Smell: Rice and straw malt that didn't need any help coming out with warming. Has a little Herbie funk to it, but doesn't get out of control. Potency is fine.
Taste: a bit of an odd bitter herb note to start, I can't exactly place what it is. That said the straw and rice then take over with the focus more on the rice and the dryness of it before a light dusting of earthy hops finishes the Sun.
Mouthfeel: the beer is exceptionally clean on the aftertaste and despite being a dry beer it doesn't get too out of control which I like. Transitioning is good it's just that odd bitter note at the start that's kind of weird. Carbonation offer is doing good job as well.
Drinkability: refreshing and I like that the dry aspect just makes it easier to drink it doesn't hurt you. I think this is medium light but it comes across as lighter than that. Deceptive in that way somehow. That extra point 6 ABV doesn't really show up which is cool.
Final thoughts: I like it when a brewery Brew something that no one else really brewing in the area. In this case it was especially pleasant surprise as it seems to be done quite well. I actually did end up having this with sushi that I ordered. I would probably pick this up again if it was offered just to have that in stock for such a case. It just needs to do something about the initial bitter note. I guess the only thing left to say is kill all the humans. Our robot weighs our Superior.
Typing out the last part...huh it didn't make too many errors, that last one should be ways are superior. Anyways, thumbs up, but some room for improvement.
