Clear, red amber, thin lace.
Meaty smoke, without being too heavy. Not bacon, but beef ribs.
Taste is beef fat, smokey cereal, dry leaves, charred toast, old fashioned green bitter hops entrails.
Soft but consistent carbonation, thin, dry. ABV registers right. Too thin for my kind of Doppelbock. Think smoked brown ale.
