Appearance: Translucent yellow bodied beer with bone white head. Head goes 2-3 fingers tall. Tight and compact bubbles that are slightly frothy. Good staying power on the head.
Smell: This smells awesome. Hop forward beer. Berries, fruity, and dank. Pretty complex hop bouquet here. These aromas play very well together.
Taste: Light bitterness. Hints of bready malt. Hop forward, but great balance of the malt profile. Berry medley. Fruity hops. Finishes with low linger bitterness that is grassy and slightly citrusy with a hint of dankness.
Mouthfeel: light bodied beer. Moderate carbonation. Beer texture is delicate and soft with a crisp and clean finish. Very drinkable.
Overall: My first beer from Vennture. I am always up for a cold IPA. This one is really excellent. The hop combo of Nelson and Mosiac was a really good choice; The brewer struck a perfect balance between these two hops. Super impressed by this brewery that also is a coffee roaster. I need to visit this place soon.
