Denali. Out of Hibernation with a Growl! In honor of Delabear’s famous visit to the First State, we brewed a beer fit for a bear. A grain bill that includes Barley, Wheat, & Oats, add a little lactose and loads of hops - Mosaic, Citra, Vic Secret & Denali.

16oz can served in a big snifter. If there's a date, I don't see it. Got it from Braunmeister_1943 in a trade.
Pours a murky light white-amber with a large fluffy head exceeding two fingers, settles slowly int o a large dense head about a centimeter thick, with big chunky lacing. Smell is gorgeous. Bright tropical and citrus pith, resinous bite, some cut greens.
Taste is along the same lines, with more of an overripe tropical fruit than the aroma would suggest. Overall, actually, I'd say it's softer than I expected from the nose. But, that resin aggression is there. Citrus pith becomes more specifically orange-like.
Mouthfeel is full without being heavy, achieves "fluffiness" with a hint of chalkiness I often get from murk-bombs. Overall, this is excellent.

Pours a very hazy golden color with a dense foamy head. Alish, ripe tropical fruit aroma. A slight hoppy nip that opens up to a juicy tropical fruit bouquet! Moderate mouthfeel with abundant, yet fine, carbonation. Overall, a very enjoyable DIPA!
