My 2nd brew from Polyculture, Croyden NH bought at Hanover Coop over Christmas 2021.
a) muddy haze, large and small bubbled tan head that mounds, lasts, laces.
s) Yeasty, bready, musty, grapey.
t) Adds apple, wet grass, dirt and damp earth.
f) Also an earthy, chewy, cider-fresh-pressed feel.
o) As find a solar-powered, fall farm house beer as can be found esp when bought fresh 10/29 at 7% ABV.
