Beer On Earth

16oz. can served in my Ommegang tulip. This beer is beautiful in the glass. Pours a sunny gold with a rocky, two inch bright white head. Clarity is nearly translucent with copious tiny bubbles present effervescing in-solution. Nose expresses hints of grass and Belgian yeast. Fairly clean for the style. Taste is fairly dull - a bit watery upfront, followed by, and finishing with bread/yeasty notes. Middle is a subdued version of the nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with an effervescent carbonation and a hint of lemony astringency. Overall, decent and sessionable. Wish there was more flavor. It would be a pretty crushable, albeit clean farmhouse if that was the case.
