Taster at brewery. Medium golden pour, near flat. Grainy, malty, sweet aroma. Taste is full, malty, hoppy, light savory notes. Smooth. Gentle for a DIPA.

22 oz bottle from Hinda65.
Full Sail Pint Glass.
Hazy lager gold with a creamy cap of 2 fingers, leaving lots of lace behind in broken spots.
Wonderful floral, citrus, grainy aromas waft up to the nose. It's really refreshing. Some funky yeast action also follows. Grapefruit, orange cream,, dry prairie grass, flowers, and musty attic.
Flavor brings some of that orange cream forward with nice grapefruit and light floral notes. Some honey, some toasted orange muffin. Very faint grassy/piney bitterness on the finish. Wow. The more I drink this, the more I'm enjoying the ever living f**k out of it!! This is great.
Feel is creamy all the way to the bank, with moderate carbonation and polite resins clinging on the finish. Mild to moderate alcohol warmth.
Overall, impressive, would trade for another -- great stuff!

Pours clear dark gold with a very small white head. Steady fine carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass. Aroma is wheat malt, citrus, floral. There is also a little booze aroma, but not so much alcohol as herbal liquor. I am guessing this was brewed in barrels like they used for the Oread series because it reminds me of that. Taste is wheat malt, floral, citrus, herbal, with a bitter finish. Excellent DIPA.
