12 oz bottle poured into Goose Island Nonic Pint. From Hinda65.
Has an opaque golden blonde body with a creamy 2 finger head that gradually recedes to 1/2 finger.
Lots of funk in this aroma. Some dairy. Some hay. A dead ringer for orange Trident gum too.
Flavor brings grassy pilsner malt throughout, some tangerine, very sour white pithy grapefruit, orange gum, and finally a bready finish with some sourdough and more puckeringly sour white grapefruit.
Feel is crisp and isn't overdone on the carbonation which I like, and has a puckering starchy finish.
Overall, a little bit of a mess but nothing terrible. Has lots of sour elements first, and I think it'd be fair to call this an excessively dry-hopped sour.
