12 oz bottle from the brewery store. Pours clear copper with a small off white head that disappears quickly. Aroma: bourbon, wood, cracker, caramel malt. Taste: tart, bourbon, brett, sweet caramel, wood. Strong cracker finish. Acidic aftertaste. Complex. Very good.
