L - Looks like an interesting west coast version of an IPA.
S - A little foamy pine/citrus, nothing obvious, but subtle. Interesting
T - This is where the brewer can do some work; flavor doesn't quite deliver the full impact of the aroma/smell. Maybe the beer just don't feel "finished." Hard to describe.
F - Decent, but overly light-foam in its mouthfeel, not enough presence on the palate.
O - This was a decent IPA, but in week 1 of the brewery's existence (to be fair). The brewer knows the basics, but needs to pay attention to final quality control. It's a good start however...and I did think it was a distinctive IPA (especially for Colorado Springs) but could take a page from Cerberus.

Beautiful amber body; solid, frothy white head; sheets of foam coating the glass. Moderately intense pine and citrus aroma. Some citrus flavors; moderate hop bitterness. Medium body although some what weak in overall feel.
A fair IPA...
