Much like a nice crisp bottom tunr on a clean wave, this blackberry saison will leave you refreshed and ready for more. Our good friend Jamie Webster from Jamison-Paul Vinyards joined us on this brew and brought along 20 pounds of fresh blackberries from his vineyard. The blackberries add a little tartness and a touch of sweetness to this beer, but the saison yeast really shines through for a great finish.
