I tried this at the brewery's bar in Korsakov, a port town on the southern tip of Sakhalin Island. It came out a deep cloudy caramel amber under a tan one finger head that sticks around quite a while and generates outstanding. lace. The nose is good and roasty, while the mouth is mildly carbonated and medium-bodied. The opening is all smooth sweet caramel, while the finish boasts of a mild hoppy bitterness. Quite refreshing, I'd gladly have several. In fact, I did!
