The Bosque Co-Op Series is back...this time with a strawberry chocolate stout called Berry Me in Chocolate.
Our co-workers were invited to submit their most creative, adventurous, one-of-a-kind idea for the beer (or beverage) of their dreams. The winners spend a day brewing their beer with the brewery team.
For this release, the winner was @ Mare*Eee* who submitted an idea for a Valentine’s Day release. She loves chocolate dipped strawberries, so why not a strawberry chocolate stout? She describes her job at Restoration Pizza as fun and loves that Bosque cares so much about their team that they want to involve co-workers in different aspects of the business, particularly the brewing process. She says it was really special and exciting to be able to engage in such a fun form of creativity.

Contains Lactose, Chocolate, and Strawberries.
Deep dark brown in color, capped by a fluffy cocoa colored head. Retention is pretty good for the first few minutes but tapers off to a slim film. Slight lacing.
Aroma is chocolate, mild coffee roast, and a hint of fruit.
Flavor is primarily chocolate, mildly sweet. The fruit note is generally strawberry but more of a hint. The lactose adds a gentle creamy sweetness.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium, semi-smooth finish.
