Hazy copper offwhite sweet banana cloves cinnamon tf + molasses medium moderate well made
Served on tap at North Fork Brewing Company in Riverhead, NY.
A: Pours a somewhat hazy, copper color with a one to two finger, off-white head, low retention and little to no lacing.
S: Aromas of banana, caramel, cinnamon, and cloves/spices.
T: Semisweet. Palate generally follows the nose, although more tutti-fruity and molasses. Very light bitterness, if any, relative to the overall picture.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: A nicely composed and executed American Dubbel.
