Poured from a 16oz can into a Speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a light yellow orange with a thick off white head.
Aroma is almost a sour tropical papaya.
Taste is malty with a lightly citrus herbal hop.
Not quite balanced, but good.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange + amber colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of spicy + earthy + herbal +pine + citrus/grapefruit pith hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of caramel + toasted malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of caramel + toasted malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of spicy + earthy + herbal +pine + citrus/grapefruit pith hops which impart a light to moderate amount of aggressive bitterness which lingers.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Enjoyable more classic West Coast style IPA with some moderately aggressive bitterness. Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a layer of bubbles covering the surface and a large pillow of bubbles in the center.
S: Light aromas of herbal hops are present in the nose along with notes of lime and orange citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell, starting off with flavors of herbal hops and finishing with citrusy notes of lime and orange. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a variety of interesting aromas and flavors in both the smell and the taste.
Serving type: crowler
