Served in a tulip from the glass.
Appearance: Clear but darker amber with medium bubbles to the body. White head rises high with an initial pour of a bitch over one finger's length off the body.
Smell: Slight dank aroma, honey and light floral.
Taste: Semi sweet, almost like cane sugar might have been used as the priming sugar.
Mouth: soft carbonation with a sticky enough body but don't expect it to linger forever.
Overall: Descent brew, wouldn't discourage me from grabbing another one from north fork but with minor tweaking it could be a classic.
