Inspired by the popular Lebowski cocktail, corporate ladder thinks that they can make a crafted gluten-free equivalent. White chocolate and coffee should do the trick as its basically the rug that ties the room together.
And after one sip, you'll agree- That Rug Really Tied The Room Together pours with the exact appearance of Milk of Magnesia until a caldering, clumping froth takes on the appearance of milk that you blow into with a straw. Cream, coffee and booze tease the nose with a nearly spot-on character of White Russian cocktails.
Then to taste, those cream and booze soaked sugars coat the early palate with a sensation of eggnog. With the spices of alcohol providing a warming balance, the rise of vanilla, light chocolate and coffee shift the session into a frappuccino direction. Warming, soothing and creamy throughout, the late taste settles on a heavy cream, whipped cream finish.
Heavy, full and creamy, the cloyingly sweet drink has little in common with beer but should satisfy the taste of the creamy cocktail fans. Ahhh, ...diabetes never tasted so good!
