Sweet and slightly tart, banana and gingerbread, hint of rum, and floral vanilla nose on this one! Taste follows with a caramel banana, vanilla ice cream, hint of cinnamon, hint of bourbon, and a rum barrel boozy finish. Whoa! A lot going on, but it works! It is not the prettiest thing...and I wish the banana sweetness was a little more prevalent, but this is delicious!

Much creamier texture from the dairy addition, as well as a larger prevalence of cinnamon from the single barrel counterpart. Banana a bit more subtle, barrel warmth and bourbon nuances were a really nice touch. Absolutely nailed it.
