these guys are on a recent roll, love visiting this spot, epic deck. cool new ipa here, a fully salmon safe beer, seen way more of the hops than the grain with that designation, so this is extra interesting, benefiting healthy waterways and such, cool project. the beer is awesome, minimal and fresh, definitely well balanced but very much hop forward, and the centennial and nelson in here (rad combo!) really slap, almost estery at times, the whole thing feels summery and easy, but it has a ton of personality too, great recipe and execution. a touch richer than blonde, maybe honey colored, fizzy and holding its inch of white bubbles pretty effectively. nose and taste of floral white wine, clover, fennel pollen, white currant, pear skins, and daffodil, crazy warm weather vibes, very low bitterness for it not being a hazy, but it does have a little snap on the finish, which is somewhat confusing because the hops kind of tease it being fermented pretty warm, but the mouthfeel disagrees, neat. slightly weedy as it warms, some cool earthy character to the malt, different than other pils types, somewhat fuller and richer, real clean overall on the ferment. the nelson pops in this, takes over the back end of this in the best possible way, and its green melon and its rind on the swallow and a faintly belgian hint even, delicious. our most recent visit here was extremely impressive both in terms of beer and food.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
