From a 16oz can purchased recently at the brewpub....
Pours a murky, muted dark brown, with some sparse carbo meandering topside. Has minimal head to speak of, and hardly any lacing. Smells quite boozy, with some caramel, toffee, light bourbon, and more booze. Body is a good medium, with a pleasant smoothness on the tongue.
Taste has more of the caramel/toffee combo initially. Also has a touch of molasses and caramelized brown sugar. Then there's some mild hopping with subtle bourbon in the background, plus a lot more booziness. Not bad.... Prosit!
