Murky hazy straw colored pour with a 2 finger white head. The retention is good, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass. There's a decent amount of pineapple on the nose.
Taste - is very citrusy. There's pineapple that is the main flavor. There's some grapefruit that also sneaks in the mix.
The body does seem a bit light for the ABV, but not watery.
Interesting beer. Maybe a bit off what it should be, but not bad.

Pours a cloudy orange with plenty of foamy white head with very good retention and lacing. Aroma is quite tropical with mango & grapefruit. Good smelling beer. Taste largely follows. Tropical citrus and a little bit of hop bite. Feel is a tad on the thin side for a DIPA. Overall, while I'm not a big IPA fan, this is well done.

From a 32oz growler, filled at the brewery 10/20/22. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a hazy, dull orange with a finger or so of soft, soapy foam. Retention is unremarkable, leaving a scuzzy cap and collar and a thin blanket of sudsy lacing.
Nose is strongly yeasty-fruity. Aroma of melon predominant.
Taste is mildly boozy, softly fruity and floral. Tasting honeydew, orange, sour berry and hand soap.
Feel is soft, doughy, and soapy almost to the point of feeling slimey. Medium-flabby bodied with moderate level of fine carbonation.
Overall, not a big fan of this one. Others would no doubt enjoy but when a DIPA goes off into that seemingly endlessly popular composty melon flavor thing, it’s more or less guaranteed to be a slog for me to get through. That, and I thought the mouthfeel was maybe verging on unpleasant.
