Pours a pale, clear straw color with plenty of white head and good retention. Aroma is sweet grains. Simple and clean. Taste follows. Grains & light bread notes along with floral notes. Light-medium body. Crisp and clean. Overall, this pleasantly surprised me. Love beers like this that you could drink all day without getting plastered.
