L:. Pours a dark black brown with a medium white tan head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Notes of cinnamon and roasted chocolate, a touch of smokey malt and sweet milk, aroma is a little light.
T:. Sweet milk chocolate, with notes of cinnamon, a touch of roasted malt, could use a little more sweetness.
F:. Slick mouthfeel and medium body.
O:. This is a very average stout, but is missing something to be truly great.

This is a nicely made beer, and in fact I like it better than anything I've had from their sister brewery Denver Beer Company. This offshoot is its own brewery, more Mexican-style than its sibling. I tried this one because I tend to enjoy stouts like this, and it did not disappoint. Not too sweet, despite what my friend thought, and not overly lactose-heavy. First you get the vanilla, then the cinnamon. I'd try a barrel-aged version of this for sure.

I was hoping it would get better after a few consumptions but I feel about the same, I wish the vanilla and cinnamon were a smidge more present but this isn't a bad beer, I'd definitely drink it again after the 6 pack is finished.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours black with hues of red, small and rapidly disappearing head of foam, very little lacing.
I get lactose, light roast, chocolate that leans towards the bitter side. Doesn't smell like the churro that I have smelled...
Milky, light roast, bitterish chocolate, light sweetness; light sweetness could have been bumped up and I would be happier.
Light body. All the beers I have tried from this brewery seem to be light bodied.
It's okay.
