another wonderfully inventive beer in here, a tamaring and mango gose with tangy sweet fruitiness and an accentuating salt profile that really makes this pop, a bit stronger perhaps for the style, and not without some body, but a real drinker as the flavors go, i liked this one a lot. orange and a little cloudy in color without much head holding, but a bright and radiant nose of zesty citrus, fresh sliced mango, highly authentic, and sweet tart tamarind, the real thing, whoa. seems wheaty and full on the grain side, not sloppy but not super tidy either. the flavor is great, the salt starts early and weaves in and out of this, i love what it does do balance the mango sweetness and also highlight the tamarind, some definite umami in the center of this. plenty of grain support, dry cereal character there, and only subtle on the acid, tangy without being aggressive, refreshing flavors and very summery to me, cocktail and beach vibes, but also it could be a little lighter and better carbonated too, off from fully clean. there is an orange and a lemon note, lots of minerality, and a drying thirst quenching finish, this is best when its nice and cold. wonderful mix of flavors, this is close to magical. cant believe it took me so long to get in here, lots of cool beers happening!
