(4 oz pour at brewery - part of flight)
Super-cloudy, pale amber liquid; bit of foam collar retained till end. Cloudiness was such that it appeared to contain mostly dregs, but can't be sure... The sour bite on it ran a deep thread through its finish. Thankfully, the beer is relatively dry, though the malt and (more) the sediment give it one of the more fuller-bodied, fuller flavors I've experienced in the style... The aftertaste carried a hint of nutty yeast and a lasting essence of dried grapefruit peel... Not sure I would drink a full pour of this, but it was hands down the most characterful, strident outlier among the 8 flight samples I'd tasted - the remainder of which were clinically-rendered, brew pub standards
