Squeezins is made in the West Coast-East Coast hybrid style. Combining big, oozing juice flavors with just enough back end bitterness to balance it out. Bursting with notes of freshly squeezed oranges and tangerines.

Canned 09/03/24. Poured a hazy golden blonde color from a pint can into a Samuel Smith imperial pint glass with a two finger white frothy head that lingers and leaves plenty of lacing. Citrus aromas of oranges and tangerines abound with a little grassiness in the mix. Taste follows nose with a citrus start and a slightly bitter finish that lasts. Sits on the front & top of palate with a weird bitterness that sits mid mouth. Had to drink another as was confused as to if it was ECIPA trying to be a WCIPA or visa-versa. Hides its 9% ABV very well. Given to me in a trade, would have again if available.

16 oz. can poured into IPA glass

Pours a nice golden/orange haze with healthy head of foam. Smell is definitely citrus & sweet. Taste mirrors the smell to start. Get grapefruit & juicy up front and then a bit of a boozy kick in back. (I personally like the boozy bite).

Why do beers like this label themselves West Coast? Maybe it does not mean what I think it does?

A hazy gold pour with a bubbly two finger head--no lacing. The nose is citrusy and sweet, detecting tangerine and pineapple. This prepares you for a juicy NEIPA, which it does at the start, with orange and grapefruit flavor, before it takes an abrupt right turn. The second half of the flavor profile veers into pine. There's also a kind of vegetal, pepper bite at the back end that I find a little offputting. Interesting East Coast-West Coast idea, but not perfectly executed.

2nd review of brewer, 8th of this label. Citrus bombs not my thing, but this one flies the orange colors well.
a) Slash lace, abrupt head over hazed juicy body.
s) Plenty of creamsicle, ice cream truck dreams.
t) it's mostly tangerines and orange but in a dreamy, creamy kind of memory brew. Like it.
f) Astringent.
o) Original in a well-traveled space.

(16 oz can, canned on 08/06/21, "freshly squeezed"; purchased cold 4-pack... decanted into a fat tulip)

L: from-the-get-go (haze-stabilized?) cloudy pale peach-orange liquid; amply carbonated, tall, loose sponge of foam, poor build, expanding and collapsing quick... rinsed sediment from can had a milky appearance... little head retention, little lace

S: smells like a screwdriver (kinda tastes like it too by the end) maybe half-cut with gin and dry hopped too long... citrus mush heavy, decent overall intensity

T: vaguely herbal-peppery, spiced orange-melon-nectarine nectar; oat or wheat-ed, powdery grain underbelly... by the second sip, a relatively strident, grain ethanol back bite is apparent... long 1-2 minutes between sips, and the booze is met with an accompanying leafy/pithy bitterness

F: almost bloated texture/introduction, but the booze may thin out any potential round definition to its body; even residual resins and grain plumps are flattened out... the booze-bitter bite on the back of the tongue establishes early and intensifies during the ride... all in all, it leaves a lovely dry barrier at the back

O: not sure how they decided on this blend for their concept (brew/recipe falling short of expectations?), but it leans heavily into NEIPA territory, while arguably displaying only a marginal reference to WC IPAs in its subtly piney, boozy top note... flavorful for sure, but the oat soot will always spook me... but definitely worth trying if you enjoy NEIPAs; another well-engineered Bonesaw creation (1814)

Pours a good head but that dissipates quickly, leaving a flat, slightly hazy glass.
I like it slightly chilled, so the full, citrusy flavor is there from the first taste.
I'm in NJ, so glad to support a local brew.

Had this at a tasting from the rep at the same time as their "Swoosh." Forget the Swoosh, drink the Squeezins. This brew has a nice, medium brightness, excellent citrus dominance, and works better as a Summer quaff than most Double IPAs.

I’m over the hazy hype. So many hazies are just added wheat base gluten. This is not. I was a little sceptical when I saw this was a blend of west and east styles. I’m a big fan of the west flavors and this hits the mark.
A: light straw with little to no head
S: not getting much. Light aroma maybe I do get some carpet? Not much to say here.
T: here’s the points. This is delish! Depth of flavor lots of sweetness but the hoppiness never leaves. Nice smooth residual.
M: a bit light for me. I would love a notch higher on the chewiness
O: one of the best NJ. IPAs. Up there with a 077xx or a true ipa. Bucks the hazy trend and that’s why I’ll buy again! Yum

One of the best IPA in NJ. Don't need hype to make a good beer. Readily available and not worth taking the trip north to any of the New England breweries these days. I can't say enough about this beer.

No evident canning date. Poured into a pint glass. It pours a dirty golden-orange color with a large, foamy, milk-white head and lots of lacing. The smell features lots of tangerine/orange, along with lemon feel and lite floral hops. The taste is tangerine-forward with tart notes of lemon and grapefruit. The hop bill isn't evident but it has a nice, fairly bitter finish. The mouth feel is moderately thick with pleasant carbonation, and the 9% ABV gives it a nice kick. It's a good DIPA but without any truly distinguishing characteristics. It paired nicely with a cheese steak and waffle fries.

Deep and airy head, riven with a host of large bubbles which visibly pop, given the lack of density retention is pretty good, basic white color. Translucently hazy, dark gold edging towards light amber, barely any visible carbonation. Juicy nose of tangerine, naval orange to lime citrus, provides contrast through a pleasing pepperiness as well as something close to flame charred meat and tar, you sense more than register the apricot, melon, mango fruit because of that charred quality, mind you this isn’t a bad thing per se just unexpected. Medium-bodied, fresh and well carbonated, skips along at a brisk pace. Just an echo of he smoky char here, delivers more of that sweet and juicy citrus with more freely flowing mango, peach, apricot fruit. The texture is not too dry nor sticky. Toasted biscuit, cracker, dried out pine needles. Firms up and the pacing slows some as it warms. Throws a lot at you while always keeping one foot grounded in the familiar. Right up my alley but acknowledge it’s idiosyncratic to polarize. (Canned 5/26/20)

Cloudy golden yellow in the glass, with a big nose full of citrus-y hops, with piney notes, more like fresh cut pine/sap or woody than needles..but deeper and more umami notes ( cheese??) once you get nose blind from the citrus. (Dont get mad, but the aroma reminds me of a carpet store???, "NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT") Taste is very complex, and extremely long lasting and it evolves quite a bit, aftertaste is very long. Very long. In the mouth it is creamy, full and powerful. The mid palate is pleasingly light- it needs to be, then it comes back very strong after you swallow. NOT a beer that you want to give to beginners in IPA's or craft brews in general. This beer is a sipper.
9% abv, They call it a West coast-east coast hybrid Double IPA 57 IBU's. Picked up a 4 pack/16zo cans at the Brewery today during our "quarantine"
