Our American-style brown ale is packed full of chocolately, malty flavor. Dark chestnut brown with a cream tan head and just a touch of hop bitterness, you’ll want to snuggle up with this easy-drinking dark brew.

(16 oz bone-chilling draft pour at their Glassboro location yesterday, 6.4% abv... review copied from notes)
malty bottom, tea-like, tannic, woody top note... dry aftertaste, slightly herbal-bitter... (liquid's) color on point; head: creamy, then drops... caramel, brown cookie nose... overall bold expressions without succumbing to (syrupy) sweetness... summary: a clinically-solid brown, but I would love to compare with the Silver and Gold winners
additional thoughts: Bonesaw serves their beer way too cold; despite this, the flavor and aroma nuances did pop enough... as I stated in my notes, it's a 'clinically' executed beer, meaning it has virtually no flaws except it's arguably a touch too dry and lacks any depth or unique character... it hits the hallmark toasty-roasty elements the style should exhibit... I bought a crowler of it to share with a buddy; we'll allow it to get to cellar temp and then try it, and I'll post an update (2299)
