a hazy double ipa featuring a whole mess of hops, definitely mosaic and amarillo, flavorful, aromatic, and good, much as i wish this were clearer and lower alcohol, the flavors are the kind i want to drink all day, but the chassis here is a bit cumbersome for that. the hops profile is awesome though, concentrated, juicy, fresh as can be, almost to the extent that its still green, and with some bitterness too despite the heavy and obvious focus on the dry hopping. i like the flavors here a lot, pineapple, mango, papaya, tangerine, clear lifesaver, its really well constructed on the hops side, i just wish some of the heft and the little bit of booziness could be dropped out of it, it would be a champion then. lots of hazy ones in here, seems like that is what they are going for in the early stages of their brewery here. i dont love chasing trends, its a bad look, but the beers in here are way good for how young this place is, and i think they will find themselves in the odd13, weldwerks, cerebral family before too long, maybe a shade below outer range or comrade or something, but in good company. time will tell...
