Good amount of creamy, ivory head. Medium chestnut color, with the slightest touch of orange highlights, for the look. Slightly sweet, spiced caramel aroma. Taste is like a dark lager, with a sharp note, and a hint of a caramel tinge.

Poured from 16oz can into my Bell's tulip. Canned 3/22/22; purchased at brewery.
Appearance: rich amber hue with a dash of haze and two thick fingers of frothy, pillowy light tan-ivory foam, which leaves a nice lace on the glass. Very pretty indeed.
Smell: very bready malt with a bit of sweetness and perhaps a tiny hint of fruitiness. Quite good.
Taste: again, the malt is very bready, but it's got a light sweetness and a rounded bitterness toward the end. This is a tasty beer indeed.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: bocks, and amber lagers in general, are not typically the kind of beers I gravitate towards. However, this is tasty and refreshing and really hits the spot on a sunny day like today.
