Single malt, single hop Sünner-style Kölsch. Slightly tart, yet refreshing, with a finish like a good white wine. “One to have, if you’re having more than one,” as they say. Northern Brewer hops.

Taster at taproom. Pale golden with greenish hue, kind of flat. Lemony, citrus overtones, a bit off style. Light, sweet, and mild tartness. Light, summery, even tough not quite a kolsch.
