This beer is dedicated to El Cerro del Centinela a.k.a. Mt. Signal. Which is a mountain located a few miles west of Calexico where it has overlooked both the Imperial Valley and Mexicali Valley for centuries. Loaded with Centennial hops which express citrusy grapefruit and floral notes make this a refreshing IPA that can be enjoyed any time.
